VEGANGRILL BURGER

Love at first bite

If beauty is in simplicity, in our case that applies two-fold. Our super-fast recipe proves it. Our burger plays with colours, is rich in flavour, and when you complement it with vegan cheese, you can enjoy genuine food porn. 

You will need:

• a wholemeal bun
• a VEGANGRILL burger patty
• vegan cheese alternative
• lettuce
• tomatoes
• red onion
• gherkins
• a VEGANGRILL onion chutney
• a VEGANGRILL ketchup
• a VEGANGRILL mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tomatoes, gherkins and onion into fine slices.
  2. Grill the VEGANGRILL burger patty following the instructions on the packaging. Cut the bun in two and toast it on both sides until golden-brown. 
  3. Lightly spread the bottom half of the bun with ketchup and place the grilled burger patty on top of it. Arrange the vegetables in layers – cover the gherkins, red onions and tomato slices with lettuce. Top it all off with the top half of the bun spread with vegan mayonnaise and smoked caramelised onion jam.

JUICY BURGER

Perfectly juicy and extraordinarily tasty

A burger for gourmets. It will intoxicate your taste buds – it is unusual in composition and distinctively delicate. If you want to step out of the box and create an original meal at home, we heartily recommend it!

You will need:

• a wholemeal bun
• a VEGANGRILL burger patty
• rocket
• gherkins
• fermented red cabbage
• walnuts
• mildly spicy plum sauce
• a VEGANGRILL mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tomatoes and gherkins into fine slices. Chop up the fermented red cabbage and walnuts.
  2. Grill the VEGANGRILL burger patty following the instructions on the packaging. Cut the bun in two and toast it on both sides until golden-brown.
  3. Lightly spread the bottom half of the bun with the mildly spicy plum sauce and arrange the rocket and slices of tomato in layers on top. Place the grilled burger patty on top of them. Then add further vegetables – gherkins and chopped fermented red cabbage. Spread the top half of the bun with thickly whipped vegan mayonnaise, add the chopped walnuts and top off the whole burger.

BBQ BURGER

For lovers of an earthy and smoky taste

A spicy burger with barbecue sauce and crispy bacon, which will captivate you with its authentic flavour, and yet it is vegan. Simply juicy perfection. Try it and you will see that one bite is not enough.

You will need:

• a wholemeal bun
• a VEGANGRILL burger patty
• VEGANGRILL vegan bacon (coming to our product range soon)
• gherkins
• jalapeños
• pickled red pepper
• a VEGANGRILL onion chutney
• Dijon mustard
• BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cut the gherkins and pickled red pepper into slices. Chop up the jalapeños.
  2. Grill the VEGANGRILL burger patty and bacon following the instructions on the packaging. Grill the slices of pickled red pepper on both sides on a medium heat for 30 seconds. Cut the bun in two and toast it on both sides until golden-brown.
  3. Lightly spread the bottom half of the bun with Dijon mustard. Arrange the gherkins in layers on the bun and place the grilled burger patty with the vegan bacon and pickled red pepper on top. Spread the top half of the bun with BBQ sauce and smoked caramelised onion jam, and top off the whole burger.

Serve the burgers with French fries, roast potatoes
or onion rings.
